Administrative Assistant

About the Role

Our English Language Teaching division is looking for a motivated professional to work with and support the Product Management teams with their general office and administration duties. This is a varied role with shared responsibilities across a wide range of activities. You will be part of the Product Management Administration team and will be responsible for a range of duties to support our Assessment team colleagues. These include scheduling meetings, liaising with suppliers and authors, dealing with travel arrangements, and helping with general office duties like posting and document preparation.

About You

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • intermediate level IT skills, including Word, Outlook & Excel
  • strong organization skills, and ability to prioritize and manage heavy workloads to deadlines
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • a high level of attention to detail/ accuracy

It would be desirable to have previous experience of working in a Publishing organization but it is not essential.
