About the role

We have an exciting opportunity in our central marketing team leading our automation and segmentation team. Devoted to audience management and engagement achieved through data, you’ll develop and lead a center of excellence which understands our data and tools, and how to use them to drive successful outbound marketing campaigns and onsite personalization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead a data team responsible for a high volume of campaign deliverables
  • Work with marketing teams to create actionable views of our audiences by identifying, building, and activating various customer segments
  • Champion and enable automation of outbound marketing activities
  • Lead the specification and configuration of profile frameworks and content recommendation rules
  • Monitor privacy regulations around the world and apply them to the use of personal data.

About you

  • You thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment and enjoy working with cross functional teams
  • You understand how to leverage first and third party data to drive and optimize automated and cross channel campaigns.
  • You are methodical and approach your work logically with a dash of creativity
  • You have experience with CRM systems and building a continuously evolving automation and personalization programs
  • You are passionate about data and understand how to use data in an actionable manner
  • You have experience managing a team and campaigns with ability to communicate effectively.
