This role offers the opportunity to join us at the start of something special. In this key role, part of our Global Marketing senior leadership team, you will help to determine the next generation of products and services that serve our global English Language Teaching and Learning community. You’ll create compelling digital customer propositions, open up new market opportunities, shape and build new digital solutions with a great team, and use your expertise to continually evaluate and set the future strategy.

Key accountabilities:
Lead and develop compelling product propositions and global customer promotion
Design and deliver effective product lifecycle strategies for digital products and services
Create compelling customer experiences to drive customer acquisition and retention
Track and analyse product and promotion performance
We operate a hybrid working policy and expect this role to require approximately 2 days per week in the Oxford office but are open to a discussion on flexibility within this.
About You
You’ll be confident operating in an iterative digital product development environment, drawing on your experience to connect the dots and make strategic customer decisions that translate into simple but exciting market plans that galvanise and motivate global customer facing teams.
You’ll also bring:
Excellent leadership and management skills
Extensive experience in product marketing for digital products and services, specifically in pricing, positioning, and global promotion
A track record of impactful product launches that achieve customer and revenue growth goals over time
