Key Account Assistant

We are recruiting a Key Account Assistant for our ELT division to provide a full administration service for our ELT Key Accounts team in order to optimize key account and new business opportunities globally.

Reporting to the Head of Key Account Management the key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide day to day administrative support to ELT Key account team and key account projects requiring central resources.
  • Enter data and regular updates into CRM system and to Key Account tracker to make sure the most up-to-date and accurate data from classification and strategic planning exercises are captured.
  • Support Head of Key Account Management and Operations with creating and maintaining reports (on Excel as well as CRM).
  • Support Oxford Quality programme from documentation, paperwork, promotional items, logistics and communications aspects.
  • Maintain and update Oxford Share KAM page and V Drive which are instrumental in internal communications within OUP KAM stakehoders.
  • Support Key Accounts team in the organisation of KAM visits from local markets, educational events (conferences, symposiums, etc) and other customer facing events.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all activities and act accordingly when required in order to uphold the highest standards of the OUP code of conduct.

The successful candidate will have…

  • Significant experience of providing administrative support to a team
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritize a busy workload while processing data accurately
  • Strong IT skills, including Word & Excel & Powerpoint
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Copywriting skills
  • Solid organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team

Desirable

  • Knowledge (and experience) of key account business, needs and dynamics
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM systems
  • Project management skills
  • Financial literacy
  • Great presentation skills in both face-to-face and virtual contexts
  • Fluent in Spanish
