Marketing Analytics Manager

About the role

Our Customer Insight and Experience team are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated and analytics-savvy individual to play a key role in OUP Education Division’s move towards a single view of the customer.

You will provide marketing data analysis capability to the OEUK and OEINT marketing teams, which will include the creation of reports and dynamic dashboards for key stakeholders, as well as providing a platform data analysis capability to the OE Customer Experience team.

Working cross-function and team, you will be responsible for driving SEO & SEM strategies for key OUP sites and platforms, as well as leading, implementing and maintaining Google Analytics, UTM and Google Data Studio best practice methodology within the marketing teams.

This is a full time role based in the Oxford office, we offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home once a week once established in the role. We will consider applications from those wishing to work four days per week.

Please note:  we aim to hold first interviews w/c the 18th of November and final interviews the w/c 25th of November.

About you

You will be an innovative thinker with the following:

Essential:

  • Strong marketing data analytics skills, specifically with Google Analytics
  • Excellent data visualisation skills, with proven experience of at least one of the following: Google Data Studio, Microsoft Power Bi, Tableau
  • Strong experience in implementing and driving SEO & SEM strategies
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience of training staff
  • Experience within publishing or education.
