About the Role
As our new Marketing Executive (Medicine Journals), you will develop and implement marketing strategies across the journal list, under guidance and based on departmental goals and objectives. You will also support Managers across the team on campaign implementation.
Other duties will include:
Development and implementation of strategic marketing plans, under guidance, for key journal lists and key high value products
Communication with key stakeholders, ensuring marketing strategies are successfully communication across key internal and external stakeholders
In alignment with team objectives, lead and direct campaigns for journals
Development and implementation of key content strategies
Implementation of third-party event/conference strategies
Analysis, providing regular reporting on performance against KPIs and critical measures of performance and effectiveness
Market Knowledge, implementing best practice channel and campaign analysis, to measure success/failure or growth/decline
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You
Strong understanding of, and experience in, marketing
Understanding of, and experience in, marketing to a range of audiences
Strong analytical skills
Effective communication with external and external customers – negotiation and influencing
Experience in publishing is desirable
