Regional Head of Reward

About the Role

Our highly successful global HR team are searching for a Regional Head of Rewards - this position offers you a real opportunity to make your mark and take your career to the next level.

The challenge we have is that we’re currently working with a legacy framework and need someone with the expertise / experience to review and improve our systems and processes. This could include developing a global incentives proposition, providing strategic support to the development of reward and benefit strategies, through to supporting the business on the execution of those strategies in the UK and EMEA.  

An important part of this role is leading OUP’s approach to job evaluation, ensuring we maintain consistency and fairness within the methodologies used. Part of this will be ensuring regular benchmarking and market related pay research is undertaken so that we can remain competitive within the marketplace and ensure our reward policies contribute to our global principles in supporting OUP to deliver its mission.

We work in a project based environment - our ideal person will be comfortable managing several small projects whilst retaining a hands on approach.

About You

Having already operated at a senior level, or looking to take the next step, you’ll be comfortable with engaging senior stakeholders, and have experience of working with international benefits / bonus frameworks.

It would be great if you have experience of preparing Remuneration Committee (REMCO) papers, but we’re happy to provide support and guidance in this area if it’s something you’ve not yet done.
