Sales Enablement Manager

The ELT Division is a global leader in the provision of multimedia English language teaching and learning materials. Operating in over 100 countries, it reaches millions of teachers and students each year to support the development of English language proficiency.

About the Role

We are looking for a sales focused Sales Enablement Manager, to join the Global Campaigns and Sales Enablement Team within the English Language Teaching Marketing Department. Your focus will be to develop and deliver a global, scalable sales enablement program to equip Educational Consultants with the knowledge of ELT and competitor products and services, customer insights and sales skills to acquire and retain customers within our ELT community.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver sales enablement tools which allow Educational Consultants to understand the benefits of our products/services, handle objections, and trump competitor offers so they can switch, retain or acquire new customers.
  2. Plan the sales enablement strand for global campaigns to provide a consistent experience at each stage of the customer journey to build advocacy, retention and to acquire new customers
  3. Use research, customer insight and impact study findings to enable sales consultants to provide customers with evidence-based benefits of ELT products and services
  4. Plan and deliver relevant and timely sales enablement training in readiness for key promotional windows at regional and global levels.
  5. Develop and deliver tools and training to facilitate educational consultants’ engagement and understanding of ELT’s digital offer including key platforms and websites, to enable consultants to lead conversations with our digital offer for blended and online learning.
  6. Gather feedback from educational consultants and sales managers on a regular basis and make recommendations aimed at constantly improving the enablement program.
  7. Contribute to the content and roll out of the cross-divisional sales skills programme for ELT markets.
  8. Maintain a repository of sales enablement tools and on demand training so that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.

We’re all working from home at the moment due to COVID.  We are currently planning how we use our offices in the future and are open to discussing flexibility within this such as a blend of office and home working.

About You

The role is ideally suited to someone who has a sales background and/or sales training experience. A knowledge of educational publishing with a focus on digital channels is a benefit.
