About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Support Co-ordinator, to work with the UK Schools Sales Support team. The role will report to the Sales Operations Manager, UK Schools. This busy and central role co-ordinates the activities of the UK sales departments to ensure the sales teams receive the best possible support from the office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sharing administrative and technical support for 115 field based Sales Consultants.
  • Supporting Sales Managers with administration and reports.
  • Helping to organise events, sales conferences and regional meetings.
  • Implementing best practise for various in-house systems.

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an experienced, administrator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have strong IT skills, with an aptitude for picking up new systems quickly. 
  • Be highly organised, remain calm under pressure, and be able to prioritise a challenging workload to meet deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Have an interest in/experience of the educational market.
