About the Role
This role sits in the OxfordAQA marketing team, working alongside the Events Manager and Assistant Events Manager and reporting to the Head of Marketing and Events. You will support the administration and delivery of OxfordAQA’s rapidly growing events portfolio to ensure it meets our strategic objectives and achieves maximum return on investment.
A typical day in this role might include a selection of the following: preparation of event materials, content and follow-up resources; data manipulation; facilitating and hosting online meetings between examiners and customers; communication with customers by email; assisting in the preparation of travel plan for trainers and event-related website maintenance. There will also be an expectation to support the wider OxfordAQA Events and Marketing Teams as needed in other tasks.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You
Essential:
High quality interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, with high quality written and spoken English
Excellent attention to detail, particularly around data handling, crafting communications and proofreading
Well-rounded knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Good understanding of how to process and present data efficiently in Microsoft Excel
Desirable:
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva/Adobe Express etc.)
Understanding of GDPR regulations
Experience using Microsoft Lists, Power Automate and Power BI
Experience with web content management and/or video editing
Experience related to event administration
