The Head of Digital Marketing and CRM role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the goals of UK and International marketing teams. You will be establishing and maintaining a centre of excellence for digital marketing, ensuring best practices and innovative approaches are shared across teams; and leading and managing the digital operations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:

Lead and manage the digital operations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including web, e-commerce, CRM, and marketing automation which aligns with the priorities of UK and International teams
Manage the centre of excellence model, balancing the needs and priorities of both UK and International marketing teams.
Develop a deep understanding of the current digital marketing state and help shape the future state, ensuring customer needs are reflected.
Oversee CRM strategy and data best practice
Implement and optimise digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support UK and International teams with CRM strategy and tactical implementation, including the UK migration to a new CRM and roadmap enhancements for International (Salesforce).
Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to co-lead and ensure alignment of CRM sales and marketing strategies, optimising data flows and enhancing CRM across all touchpoints.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in both marketing teams and across functions to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
Ensure effective budget planning, spend tracking, and results/ROI reporting for UK and International.
Provide regular reports and insights to the Marketing Directors (UK and International), highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Utilise data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing performance.
Drive innovation within the digital operations team, encouraging creative solutions and new approaches.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and implementation.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive continuous improvement through data.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Professional certifications in digital marketing or related fields.
Experience in a centre of excellence model (desirable)
Experience in international marketing environments (desirable)
