Learning and Development Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our busy, friendly team and play a central role in delivering high quality learning across our global organisation. 

Working closely with the L&D Manager and L&D Advisor, you’ll ensure our learning programmes run smoothly from start to finish by supporting colleagues, managing logistics, coordinating suppliers, and helping to create impactful learning content. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to colleague development and business success through a wide range of learning activities. 

Key Accountabilities:  

  • Act as the first point of contact for all L&D queries.  
  • Coordinate global endtoend learning programme delivery, including event scheduling, session setup, promotion, and evaluation. 
  • Support the creation or project management of learning content such as videos, infographics, online modules, and presentations. 
  • Maintain accurate data across our Learning Management System and LinkedIn Learning, producing regular reports and insights. 
  • Onboard and manage external suppliers in line with compliance, legal, and procurement processes. 
  • Track spend against the L&D budget and manage the professional study funding process. 

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office. 

About You

Essential: 

  • Significant experience of providing administrative support to a team. 
  • Significant experience of using MS applications including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint Online. 
  • Ability to juggle a varied workload, manage competing priorities, problem-solve, and keep the team on track.  
  • An interest in new technologies (particularly MS Office apps), and the ability to quickly learn and use them to improve efficiency, communication, and effectiveness.  
  • Ability and confidence to communicate verbally and in writing with colleagues at all levels. 
  • Consistently produce accurate, high quality work by carefully checking details, following processes, and identifying errors or inconsistencies before they escalate. 

Desirable: 

  • Confident in working with data using MS Excel, analysing information, and presenting data to others in creative ways. 
  • Some experience of using Articulate software and a Learning Management System. 
  • Knowledge of learning and development methodologies. 
  • An interest in developing facilitation skills and delivering training in the future
