Marketing Campaign Coordinator, OxfordAQA

About the Role

As our new Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and strategy for OxfordAQA International Qualifications to drive reach, recognition, usage, and advocacy across key customer segments, in line with business objectives.

You will contribute to marketing planning and execution of marketing activities, with a strong initial focus on marketing automation and lead generation. Day to day activities could include contributing ideas into a campaign plan, briefing designers, building content for social media channels and adding resources to the OxfordAQA website.

This role is well suited to someone early in their marketing career.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office. 

About You

Essential:

  • A broad understanding of marketing fundamentals, with a focus on digital
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer-focused, solution-focused, team player
  • Willingness and flexibility to embrace change
  • Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise in a busy environment
  • Ability to quickly learn a range of IT systems

Desirable:

  • Experience of contributing to multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing a WordPress website
  • Willingness to undertake occasional international travel
  • Knowledge/ experience of marketing to audiences outside of the UK
  • Knowledge/ experience of the Education or Assessment sector
