In this role you will work as a Campaign Coordinator in the PR, Events & Community team. This role will be responsible for creating video and multi-channel content as well as assisting with publicity messaging and administrative tasks in support of key campaigns across revision, test practice, children's reading and Early Years.
Key Accountabilities & Relationships:
Support the marketing teams across ED-UK with content planning, filming and scheduling.
Support with digital asset creation including creating assets for social media and updating the event brochures.
Update the Oxford Education website including adding reviewer quotes, uploading press releases and making web page updates.
Support the trade marketing team with the monthly reviewer mailings including regularly updating the lists, compiling the books and managing the posting.
Oversee the media monitoring and updates to the press coverage database.
Attending off-site events to support with content filming. Coordinate applications for industry conferences including booking stands, ordering stock and being point of contact with the organiser.
Support with general ad-hoc admin requests.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
Excellent administrative and organisation skills with good spoken and written English
Ability to prioritise a varied workload and work on own initiative
Experience of working in a busy publicity and marketing role
Excellent eye for content creation with the ability to produce engaging social media content
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to foster and nurture relationships across the marketing team
