Responsible for supporting suppliers to utilise OUP’s standard processes, systems and workflows to ensure the efficiency and quality of ELT products from handover of developed content to final print or digital output. Empowering suppliers to take ownership of the production process, to ensure content is delivered to agreed publishing date and specifications and is consistent with the Divisions’ Strategic Objectives and Mission Success Factors.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You
Essential skills:
Flexibility, creativity, and initiative in problem solving

Publishing experience
Experience of commissioning and managing the work of external suppliers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of working as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail

Ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate with key stakeholders
Experience of training and mentoring on workflows, processes and tools
Editorial experience in educational publishing
Experience of budget management
A background or interest in ELT
Educated to degree-level or equivalent
