We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join the Business Change function within our vibrant and supportive English Language Teaching (ELT) Sales and Marketing team. The role will support the Global Director Sales and Marketing to drive a prioritized global sales and marketing (GTM) transformation plan to address capability, process and systems. This is a key role in supporting the Press’s ambition to transform the core business, to prioritize innovation, and to deliver on our ambitious plans for growth.
You will be a member of the Global Sales and Marketing leadership team. Along with the Global Director, and other key operational leaders, you will be responsible for defining the programme of work to transform our end-to-end revenue system (GTM) and business and deliver on a the strategic priorities in support of the ELT strategy and 5-year plan. The role will work with multiple departments and divisions, and be responsible for managing, and delivering the programme of work, to ensure the right projects are in place and on target to deliver the agreed benefits.

Programme definition, scoping and planning
Programme governance
Matrix People Management
Financial oversight and budget management
Change implementation
GTM and revenue architecture strategy
Communications strategy and stakeholder management

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have/be:
Significant experience of managing large scale complex programmes across a range of industries and geographies
Broad experience in a global organisation using in-sourced and out-sourced services.
Proven track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a virtual, matrix environment
Experience of setting and managing budgets
First-hand experience of GTM organization transformation in education/publishing/SaaS (desirable)
Ability to deliver transformation / strategic projects in a complex geographical/ functional matrix organization.
Ability to build strong business cases identifying critical dependencies and key risks.
Able to lead and motivate diverse teams to deliver complex projects within a matrix environment.
Strategic thinking skills and ability to analyse complex issues, be bold in decision making and to design and implement practical solutions to address them that align to and deliver on strategic goals
Strong influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts and information.
