Project Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

About the Role

NB This is a fixed term contract for a minimum period of 6 months.

The Project Administrator supports the Project management and delivery team to ensure smooth set up and delivery of core and custom publishing projects. This hybrid role combines administrative tasks and project coordination with structured project support for Custom products on data and IP. The role ensures timely and accurate data for products is always maintained, contributing to the effective delivery of successful products.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Responsible for Oxford Publish and SAP data for CPU (Custom Product Unit) products as part of approval process
  • Responsible for Oxford Publish and SAP data for CPU products as part of approval process
  • Project administration for Core and CPU products
  • Administrative support to the Project Management and Delivery team
  • General office tasks for all in Product Management
  • Continuous improvement

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office. 

About You

You will be highly organised and attentive to detail with strong problem-solving skills. You will be able to communicate in a clear and concise way, and also have strong collaboration skills. To be successful in the role, you will also ideally have/be:

  • Good knowledge of standard software packages (especially Excel, Power BI, and MS Teams), and project management tools (i.e. ClickUp)
  • Data Management: Proficiency in data entry, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with asset management systems, data entry tools, and software
  • Contract Management: Knowledge of creating and managing purchase orders and contractual agreements.
  • Experience in a busy coordinator role, where there is a need to multi-task effectively, show proactivity and adapt to the fast pace of change in the organization.
  • Experience in an administrator role, where data integrity is essential.
