About the Role

The role of the Sales Enablement Specialist is to help optimize sales performance of international sales teams by providing support, information and training, resulting in increased revenue of the OE International publishing list globally. This role will focus on Sales Enablement support for our Primary publishing, but can be changed by Head of Sales Effectiveness depending on wider departmental priorities.  

The Sales Enablement Specialist will develop their product, qualification and international market knowledge to deliver sales enablement support to direct, indirect and, where required, third party sales teams.  

Duties will include:

  • Sales: Responsible for furthering sales of the Cambridge and IB publishing lists globally through sales enablement activity.
  • Sales Tools: Develop sales tools on key qualification, curricula and products to support sales team training and development as well as onboarding of new starters.
  • Sales Seminar and Regional Meetings: Play a leading role in the planning and delivery of sessions at the International Sales Seminar and regional meetings to support needs of sales team 
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Work alongside sales, marketing and content teams to ensure sales enablement strategy both supports and extends departmental strategic goals, ensuring open channels of communication and excellent market insight and stakeholder awareness.
  • Product Development: Feed into product, curricula and qualification development with market knowledge and insights.
  • Sales Training: Deliver sales training on skills development needs identified with sales managers.
  • Sales Enablement Travel: Conduct international travel to key markets to deliver training, support and school visits alongside sales team.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office. 

About You

Essential:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to work closely and collaboratively with marketing colleagues, sales managers and sales teams throughout the world.
  • Excellent communication, presentation (verbal and written) and training skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing and facilitation skills.
  • International Education market knowledge.

Desirable:

  • Proven sales skills across a large portfolio.
  • Experience of training delivery.
  • Experience with CRM and data analytics.
