We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our collaborative English Language Teaching Division as our new Senior Marketing Manager in the Assessment Marketing team.
This role will support the ideation, development, creation and delivery of B2C marketing for Assessment Product Suite to drive usage and advocacy, as well as ATC (Authorised Test Centres) marketing strategies in line with departmental/divisional objectives.
The post holder will contribute to marketing strategy, planning, execution and in agreed areas, take the lead on developing key tactics.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
Devise the B2C Marketing strategy to feed into the Sales and Marketing strategy for Assessment products and portfolio. Responsible for delivery of the B2C Marketing strategy.
Work with Head of Marketing Assessment and Assessment Marketing team to develop global marketing strategies that align and support regional sales strategies over the short, medium, and long-term horizons.
Set clear strategic priorities and goals for the Assessment Marketing, with clarity and specificity to cut through amongst stakeholder groups including Assessment Group, Global Marketing, Regional and country Marketing, Assessment Sales & Marketing.
Evidence-based rationale for proportionate focus across products, portfolio and service upgrades.
Understand the influencing factors around decision making for choosing Assessment product for different purposes and segments.
Marketing tactics and campaigns to be executed on time, on strategy, on budget and with clear and progressive KPIs.
Cohesion should be achieved through Assessment campaigns, building an ongoing narrative supporting OUP’s status as a trusted Assessment provider.
Strengthen Sales-Marketing collaboration via regular MQL-SQL initiatives.
Deliver a ATC framework in assisting to develop a health network of ATCs who can contribute to the assessment business goals.
Understand the partner loyalty scheme and make ongoing recommendations based on observations around effectiveness. Design year-round campaigns to motivate and drive sales of assessment products, improve loyalty and support new acquisitions and retiring
Tailor made operational communications based on different business scenarios
Advise and coach regions and countries on their assessment marketing development.
Support countries and regions to drive Assessment marketing activities. Share Central initiatives and progress, provide input to countries’ marketing plans/activities, discuss and provide ongoing monitoring on KPI and share best practices
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You

Previous Experience in Assessment Marketing (desirable)
