About the Role
As our new Assistant Product Owner, you will create and deliver digital product improvements through prioritizing work for development teams and accepting new features, tools, and other deliverables according to agreed ways of working. You will also embed change through rolling out new processes and documentation, and training end-users on new features. You will oversee the product lifecycle by working with support teams to ensure a timely resolution to customer issues and communicating with stakeholders.
This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to gain many transferable skills and see the functional changes they specify and drive go to market at speed. Problem solving is a big part of this position, and you will need to be good at expressing requirements and doing exploratory work. You will ideally be a digital product professional, with excellent stakeholder management, a focus on delivery and technical understanding.

We operate a hybrid working policy and expect this role to require approximately 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You
You will have:
Experience of delivering change in a digital product environment.
Experience of working in a digital delivery role (e.g. product owner, project manager, business analyst, platform manager, product manager etc.).
Demonstrable experience of creating and rolling out processes, documentation, and training materials, and of embedding change.
An understanding of education, in particular schools and teachers and what drives them, is desirable.
Experience of working with Agile methodologies is desirable.
