About the Role
As our new Associate Marketing Manager, Marketing Projects, you will be responsible for enabling and embedding a highly effective and efficient marketing program by leading on project management of initiatives that support developments in marketing technology and future capabilities, and continuous improvements focused on efficiency and effectiveness, including campaign planning and ways of working.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is interested in the “how” of getting projects done especially in the very exciting and complex world of data, marketing technology and web. This role is ideal for someone motivated by results and is always striving for efficiency.
Duties will include:
Project Management – Lead projects with multiple stakeholders/teams that enable capabilities that greatly contribute to overall business goals
Value stream management – Assist the team in managing the Marketing Value Streams in a way that enables them to deliver on their goals and support projects and initiatives that create value for the business
Campaign effectiveness – Improve campaigns and marketing initiatives with marketing technology, data and analytics projects
Continuous Improvement – Identify and execute opportunities to create efficiencies, improves processes, and increase effectiveness
Change Management – Utilize strong change management techniques to ensure new capabilities, improvements, changes to processes are embedded
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You
Essential:
Experience coordinating/facilitating large volumes of work with many stakeholder teams
Demonstrable project management and change management experience with large scale implementations (ie impact multiple teams)
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing work and managing time
Experience in developing and implementing new processes and tools for effectiveness and efficiency
Experience in the marketing technology or operations areas, and/or relevant experience in marketing data, Martech and web.
Strong understanding of technology with strong communications skills that enable you to effectively communicate with marketers and technology/IT teams
Experience working with technology teams (ie agile methodology, familiarity with translating technical language)
Experience in writing business cases, briefs, or features
