Head of Global Partnerships

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a high performing sales and marketing team in a dynamic international business. The Head of Global Partnerships will seek to grow Oxford Education International sales revenue and reach by discovering, developing and winning higher level sales opportunities.  Working closely with Sales, Publishing and Marketing, the Head of Global Partnerships will create commercially successful propositions from OUP’s content, services and assessment portfolio.  The role will be focused on School Chains, Ministries and other potential business partners.

The role will have a global remit.

Please note this role is home-based with international travel within defined regions. 

About You

We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual who already has extensive leadership experience, with transferable sales experience within the International education sector. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proven collaboration and communication skills, as well as developed intercultural awareness. 

It will be essential to have strong commercial awareness with ability to translate a vision into achievable goals.  You will need to have excellent networking skills and ability to interface with a number of senior level stakeholders

Most importantly, we need a candidate able to demonstrate resilience, agility and innovation which are essential to our rapidly growing business.
