Key Account Assistant

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our ELT division as a Key Accounts Assistant. Reporting to the Head of Key Account Management & Operations the role is responsible for providing day to day operational and administrative support for ELT Key Accounts team with a main focus on managing data and reports as well as supporting Key Account projects in order to help them maintain and grow key account business globally. 

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office. 

About You

If you are an Administrator, a Project Coordinator or a Sales and Marketing Professional with a passion for education looking for a new challenge in a supportive, creative and innovative team, then this opportunity will interest you. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience administrative or project coordination role 
  • Previous experience in the education sector – having developed a good understanding of educational settings, resources and materials
  • Good understanding of education market, especially educational technology, trends and shifts in digital education
  • Financial literacy
  • Good commercial understanding (business acumen) and analytical thinking
  • Strong IT skills, including Word & Excel & PowerPoint
  • Report writing and presentation development skills
  • Solid organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills in both face to face and virtual context 
  • Project coordination / management
