Master Data and Query Resolutions Executive

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Credit and Collections team in our Group Function as a Master Data & Query Resolutions Executive.  You will be responsible for the set up and on boarding of new customers within the Credit and Collections finance environment. Assigning agreed payment terms and Credit limits within agreed authorisation levels. Also, investigate and resolve customer queries and disputes so that payments can be collected, or credits are raised and/or refunds then raised.

We’re all currently working from home at the moment due to COVID. We are currently thinking through how we use our offices in the future and are open to discussing flexibility within this such as a blend of office and home working. We expect this role to require approximately 1-2 days per week in the Oxford office. 

About You

The successful person will be attentive to financial detail, an effective communicator who remains calm during pressurized times. With a pro-active approach, excellent time management and a commitment to complete activities you will bring with you the following experience:

  • Competent with Excel and handling large data
  • Awareness of meaningful metrics to use to manage team resources and to report on team and business performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of providing a positive customer journey both via email and over the telephone
  • Experience of SAP.
  • Experience of dealing with large volumes in a multi-currency environment.
  • Experience of working in a shared service and/or Centre of Excellence environment.
  • Finance experience would be preferred.
