About the Role
This position is in the Education Division which provides books and resources across Primary, Secondary, Trade and Children's markets, both for the UK and for customers around the world. We are passionately committed to our mission to educate and inspire.
This is a varied and interesting role working with the Head of Content Management to champion, enable and facilitate staff and their suppliers to maximise the potential of the content management systems and improve processes.
Responsibilities include working with multiple stakeholders to deliver robust training and support activities for multiple content systems. In addition, you will be responsible for regularly uploading new content to the digital asset management system and applying appropriate metadata.
Another aspect of this role will include developing reports and developing tools to deliver management reports on user activity data extracted from the content systems.
About You
You will have the rare talent of being as good with people as you are with technology. With strong confident, communication skills and the required patience to deliver training and support users as they adapt to new ways of working. At least intermediate skills in using Excel to manipulate data and create management reports. You will be confident with technology with an aptitude for learning new systems. You will be experienced in managing your own workloads and prioritising tasks.
